WHY PHIL?

In my experience,

Feeling is Healing.


I am here to help humanity get back in tune with their body, release built-up emotions,

and manage mental health through somatic self-care.


I’m here to serve as an example and a reminder for others of what is possible

when you prioritize personal responsibility.


My hero's journey has taken me on a path from

the shadow of VICTIMIZATION to the gift of FREEDOM.

I was programmed to FIX THE PROBLEM,

TO NOT FEEL, BE TOUGH AND

"DO WHAT YOU'RE TOLD".

I chose to lean in to the struggle, challenge and persevere to dissolve

these stories to realize that...

It is my gift sensitivity that has opened me up to more

JOY, LOVE and COMPASSION for myself .

Learning to become gentle and patient with myself has

turned into my superpower.

This skill has allowed me to lighten up and maintain my golden center

as the “shit storms” of life come and go.

I choose to take full ownership of my experience of life.

Life is full of situations. I choose to honour my

journey by staying curious to the possibilities.

NOW I CAN SERVE WITH THIS ENERGY

and help others tune their instruments.
